LAN is a first-come-first-serve facility.
We ask that drivers/dispatchers contact LAN 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery. It is extremely helpful to set up your pick up or delivery in advance so that our staff can confirm availability and make cargo available. Advanced notice helps get drivers in and out of our facilities quicker and minimizes driver standby time.
Military Pick Ups and Deliveries
LAN has a strict policy we must adhere to for military pick ups and deliveries. For Military deliveries, please have your BOOKING NUMBER available, which should be located on your TCMD documents. Please note that if this is a HAZ booking, we will need a copy of the HAZ paperwork as well in order to offload the cargo. Please contact us prior to arrival and any of our associates will be more than happy to assist.
